During the late 90's after almost a decade of office work I decided to look further into working with people to physically improve and help with their quality of life.  

I trained and qualified as an Injury & Physical Rehabilitation Instructor with Shpemaster and seeing first hand benefits to individuals who had suffered brain & spinal injuries, Heart & Cardiovascular disease, Fibromyalgia & Multiple Sclerosis, I decided to open a rehabilitation centre and continue further training.  

Further studies lead to qualifications in:

Teaching in FE Colleges throughout the North of Ireland, Fashion & Photographic Make-up & Beauty Therapy.  However my real passion was reignited while studying massage and again seeing the profound benefits for helping others overall, mentally & physcially.   While studying techniques in Swedish, Hot/Cold Stone, Aromatherapy, Facial & Indian Head Massage I was guided to study Sports & Remedial Massage.  Today at Kallos,  combinations of these techniques and methods are used to facilitate in giving clients the ultimate physical & emotional benefit.  

 

As a lot of this physical healing also speaks about Energy Healing and Spiritual alignment I was lead to the path of Reiki and became a Usui Shiki Ryoho Master Teacher as well as writing Crystal Healing courses and gaining accreditation from the Society of Holistic Therapists & Coaches.  In 2015 I then began an intensive year long course in Celtic Shamanism of which I gained practitioner level.  This involved learning techniques of Shamanic Journeying, Healing, Ancestral Lineage, Power & Soul Retrieval work, as well as Drumming, Sweat Lodges,  Meditations, Firewalking, Sacred Space and working with our Mother Earth.
